Inn a Church Bed and Breakfast is a private executive apartment, which takes up the whole south wing of a converted church located in the beachside village of Semaphore, South Australia. The apartment is air conditioned, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen and a comfortable living area and guest laundry. With its own private entrance, outdoor entertaining area complete with barbecue and lock up carport it offers the ultimate get away with absolute privacy and comfort assured. We welcome families, as the apartment will suit either two couples or a family. Dogs are also welcome by prior arrangement. The Church itself is over 100 years old built originally as a Congregational Church. The two wings were built on in 1913. The north wing was built for use as a Young Men’s classroom but was never used as the young men were sent off to the Great War. The south wing served as a kindergarten and Sunday School, remembered by many local residents. The Church was most recently used as a Baptist Church and converted to a private residence in 1994. As host’s, we live on site and can provide support and information to guests. However, our main aim is to ensure your peace and privacy at all times. Inn a Church is ideally suited for interstate, overseas or country visitors and professionals relocating to South Australia as the apartment is suited for long term stays.
