Kulin Bush Races hotels and accommodation
The Kulin Bush Races is the biggest special event in the Wheatbelt, epitomising the spirit and hospitality of rural Australia. Staged at the picturesque setting of the Jilakin Races Track, 14 kilometres east of Kulin on the unique Tin Horse Highway, the Kulin Bush Races is the only race meeting that incorporates a natural arena of native flora and fauna, in particular a vast array of wildflowers.
The Kulin Bush Races involves much more than just a race day it is a race weekend. Friday nights Art and Craft Exhibition displays a wonderful array of art and crafts from local artists around Western Australia. Saturdays festivities includes a six card horse racing program, kids, sheep and dog races, gymkhana, novelty events, childrens entertainment, live bands and delicious country style food. This is all followed by Sundays Great Aussie Revival Breakfast to finish off a unique weekend.
