Originally this building was a schoolhouse, then it became the Narrogin and Districts Court House. The building contains the original magistrate's bench, prisoner's dock and witness stand.
The museum carries exhibits from Narrogin's doll and pottery factories, medical display, early farming items and aboriginal artefacts.
Today the building is a combined museum, Visitor Centre and local craft shop.
