Introducing Vat Two, one of Bunbury's newest and exciting restaurants.
A sister restaurant for the award winning Vat 107 in Margaret River, Vat 107 in Margaret River, Vat Two brings you the best in superbly presented food and wine. Enjoy!
We have several styles of dining for you to choose - relax in our restaurant, dine alfresco on the beach or behind glass in the spectacular Glass Room. Soak up the ambience of this light-filled room overlooking Casuarina Boat Harbour.
Watch out for the friendly dolphins who visit Jetty Baths Beach. For a private affair, book our function room which accommodates up to 50, or the Glass Room which seats 25.

A Degustation is exquisite, delicious and amazing!
It's a tasting sensation of excellent food and wine over five magnificent courses.
Held on the first Friday of each month at Vat Two, each Degustation is a private and luxuriously long lunch held in the conference room overlooking Koombana Bay.
Our well-known chef Danny Angove creates a special menu to perfectly complement five wines from a local vineyard. The winery's head winemaker is available to discuss the wines matched to each course and Danny may pop in to say hello.

Fancy a glass of wine without a meal without having to order food? No problem!
Also fresh homemade cakes available every day.
Live entertainment on Sundays the Vat features live performances between 1400 and 1700. The dividing walls in the restaurant are removed and the fire place is cranked up. Order a meal or sit back with a quiet drink and soak up the atmosphere.
