Celebrating the Annual Rhododendron Festival the village comes alive with floral displays, annual art show, roof bolting, coal shovelling, wood chopping, model train exhibition, quilting display, adult pantomime, outdoor entertainment including a display of historic mechanical street organs and the famous Street Parade during the middle of the day.
