Tour 1: Blue Mountains Explorer Bus. The award winning Blue Mountains Explorer Bus hop on hop off sightseeing service takes you to 29 stops around Katoomba and Leura. It covers all the waterfalls, lookouts, natural and man made attractions in the area. The first bus leaves right near Katoomba Station at 9:45am every day, with a bus every half hour throughout most of the day. You'll receive a comprehensive 48 page colour guide book which includes details and maps for bushwalks, street maps, and a ton of helpful information.
Along the way your professional driver will provide commentary as well as helpful friendly advice, to make sure you don't miss a thing...and no doubt the kids will want to ride upstairs on one of the double Decker buses. Of course you'll see the famous Echo Point and the Three Sisters and visit Scenic World, with so much more to explore.
The Explorer Bus office is located right at the top of the Katoomba Railway Station stairs.
Tour 2: Jenolan Caves. This day tour departs 11:15am & returns 5.15pm. Experience the natural wonders of the Blue Mountains and Great Dividing Range including spectacular scenery of the Jamison, Megalong, Kanimbla and Hartley valleys. Your tour includes commentary covering the history of the Blue Mountains and a fully guided cave inspection.
