It is ideal for visitors seeking a homely place to stay while working, attending a conference, holidaying, or visiting friends and relatives.
Situated at Holland Park West close to the Brisbane Busway and South East Freeway, travel less than ten minutes by bus in one direction to Brisbane City, Mater and Princess Alexandra Hospitals, Southbank, the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, and Gold Coast train connections. In the other direction, only five minutes by bus is required to Griffith University, the Queensland Institute of Business, and Garden City shopping and cinemas. Car users are only ten minutes from Brisbane city along the South East Freeway, and forty-five minutes from the Gold Coast and Gold Coast hinterland turnoffs.
The house has getaway spaces, wide, enclosed verandahs, and a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. It has Cable Television, two bedrooms with a large study, Broadband connection and two work stations; or the study can be converted into a third bedroom by collapsing a futon. There are two bathrooms, one with a deep bath. Linen is provided and there is an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Fortnightly servicing is available for stays of a fortnight or more, otherwise the property is serviced before each entry and after each exit.
Rates graduate down depending upon the number people and the length of stay. Negotiations can be made for stays of less than one week.
