One of Brisbanes most vibrant & exciting inner-city locations is now home to new boutique-style accommodation. FV4006 (that’s Fortitude Valley and the post code 4006) opened in 2005 and offers fully self-contained two bedroom apartments which have been designed with practicality, functionality and comfort in mind. Whether youre travelling through on business, relocating interstate or looking for somewhere to stay on holiday, FV4006 has something to offer you. Same-day bookings can only be accepted until 4:00PM Monday to Friday and until 10:00AM on weekends. All week end bookings(i.e. Fri,Sat,Sun) MUST contact FV4006 (phone number will be provided on booking confirmation) to be notified of week end policy. A credit card pre-authorisation of bond is also required for all week end bookings. All guests must contact our office with a credit card number if arriving later than office hours or keys will not be left. Guests must present a valid credit card upon arrival. Guests will also be asked to provide a copy of photo identification. Both credit card details and photo ID will be kept for our records. If arriving after hours, please contact our office with a credit card number. Keys will not be left for late arrivals who have not provided a credit card number to guarantee against incidental charges. All units are non-smoking. Most are accessed via lift but some via stairs.
