Brisbane’s famous Wildlife River Cruise takes passengers 20 kilometres up the Brisbane River on the famous vessel MV Mirimar. The cruise takes one and half-hours and includes a full and very interesting commentary by the skipper. Light refreshments and homemade food are available. Passengers then enjoy a two hour visit to the famous Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, before rejoining the Mirimar for a relaxing journey back to the city.
Mirimar Cruises is one of the oldest cruise companies in Queensland. They operate using the famous cruise boat MV Mirimar, which has served the people of Queensland continuously since 1934. She is a large and comfortable vessel with full bar and rest room facilities.
