Within 5 mins you will exit the CENTENARY HWY taking the SPRINGFIELD Exit. At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 2nd exit and enter the SPRING LAKE METRO COMPLEX just beyond McDonalds. At the top of the drive turn RIGHT and you will see the NICHE Small Luxury Hotel to your left. Pull up to the security gates and push the intercom.

From Brisbane Airport (Domestic & International):
Start at BRISBANE AIRPORT, Continue along AIRPORT DR, (1.97 km < 2 mins) At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 2nd exit onto AIRPORT DR, (1.02 km < 1 min) At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 1st exit onto GATEWAY MWY, BRISBANE AIRPORT (4.08 km < 3 mins) Continue along GATEWAY BDGE, Within 3mins you will travel over the GATEWAY BRIDGE and on the southern side you will pay a road Toll.
