How to get to Pandanus Palms Resort |

Just one hour from Brisbane International Airport and the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, North Stradbroke Island is easily accessible by fast water taxi from Cleveland, or Vehicular ferry from Cleveland or Redland Bay to the island. Pandanus Palms booking office can arrange these bookings for you. The ferry takes approximately 45 minutes across Moreton Bay to the island.

By car:
The vehicular ferries leave frequently from Middle St Cleveland.
By Public Transport:
Catch the citirail (Cleveland line) to Cleveland where a courtesy bus will collect and deliver you to the ferry terminal in Middle St Cleveland. Enjoy a ride in the water taxi across the bay to Stradbroke Island where you can meet a bus or Taxi to Point Lookout.
From the Airport:
Catch the monorail from the airport to Brisbane City, then citirail train to Cleveland and
A bus to Toondah harbour.
Alternately you can hire a Taxi direct from the Airport to Toondah Harbour, Water Taxi across to Stradbroke Island where Bus or Taxi awaits the arrival of the Water Taxi.

LOCATION
Located at North Stradbroke Island’s, Point Lookout, Pandanus Palms Resort offers breathtaking views from your balcony and private courtyard across the beach and ocean to Moreton Island and the Pacific Ocean.
POINT LOOKOUT
Situated at the Northern tip of the island, Point Lookout is Queensland’s most easterly point. The township is located 20 km from Dunwich. Point Lookout is actually a series of beaches and headlands that can easily be explored by foot. Point Lookout boasts outstanding surfing beaches and spectacular seascape views. There is a range of relaxed outdoor cafes and eateries at Point Lookout and all normal services and facilities are available. Shops, schools, churches, police, hotel, clubs, doctors, ambulance and fire are all available on the island.
Point Lookout’s unspoilt beaches and headlands are perfect for swimming, surfing and fishing all year. Whales, Dolphins, Turtles and Manta Rays are regularly spotted. It is a popular holiday location for families, couples and adventure seekers alike.
Enjoy Stradbroke Island’s National Parks with fresh water lakes, lagoons and native flora and fauna. Stradbroke offers a host of attractions including diving at unique manta ray spots. Lawn bowls is available as is a golf club at Dunwich.
