The Snooze Inn opened in 2005. The owners converted this former 50’s style suburban shop into a modern 27 room compact hotel to suit the needs of guests for business, tourists and even locals visiting Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.

We are located in the heart of Fortitude Valley, just metres from Brunswick Street Railway Station. Fortitude Valley is a tourist destination for Brisbane in its own right, here you can find the best night life in Brisbane (most of the best clubs and bars are just around the corner from the Snooze Inn) and in the day time there are trendy fashion stores in Ann Street, James Street and Emporium precincts. There are hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. Just ask our friendly staff for any tips or suggestions on where to go. You are sure to find the Valley to be interesting and alive both day and night.

Our rooms are compact, each with its own ensuite, air-conditioned and Foxtel TV.
Internet is Free and each room has a broadband internet point. There is limited servicing of rooms, however extra linen or daily room servicing can be arranged for a small extra cost.

Our Office is open from 7am - 7pm daily. After hours arrivals just need to use check in via our intercom system at the entrance of the building. Guest should contact the Snooze Inn prior to arrival for details.

Cancellations and Non-arrivals

Once made, bookings are not refundable. Therefore (i) cancelling a booking, (ii) not arriving for a booked stay or (iii) the hotel’s denial of check-in to a person not accompanied by the person named in the booking will not result in a refund.

We require a Credit Card and photo ID matching the name the reservation has been booked under.

How to get to The Snooze Inner City
We are located at 383 St. Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley.
If you are driving, park across the road from us in Amelia Street there is a drop off zone.

By Train - Take the airport train to the city. Get off at Brunswick Street Station. Walk directly out of the station to Brunswick Street, turn right and walk 100 metres up Brunswick Street until you reach St Pauls Terrace. From there turn right, we are roughly 30 metres from the intersection.

By Bus - Coach Trans run a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Simply purchase your ticket at their counter and ask the driver to drop you at the Snooze Inn. They will drop you off directly in front of the Snooze Inn.

By Car - As we have no on-site parking or passenger drop off, cars/taxis can stop on the corner of St Pauls Terrace & Amelia Streets directly in front of the Snooze Inn.

Parking - A 24 hour secure car-park station is located in Alfred street just behind the Snooze Inn.

Out and About
The Snooze Inn is located in Fortitude Valley, a tourist destination for Brisbane in its own right.

- Nightlife: Some of the best clubs and bars are just around the corner including: the Family, Press Club, Birdee Num Num, Bowery Bar, GPO, Fringe Bar, Wickham Hotel, The Beat, The Met, Cru Bar all within walking distance.
- Concert Venues: Tivoli and Arena are just metres from us
- Day Time: Fashion Stores in Ann Street, James Street and Emporium.
- On weekends the valley Markets is worth a visit.
- Theatres: Palace Centro Cinema, Power House Theatre and Judith Wright Centre
- Restaurants are all in walking distance, just ask our staff for tips where to go
- RNA "EKKA" show grounds is just down from the Snooze Inn.
- Royal Brisbane Hospital is approx 10 minute walk
- City Centre is just on train stop and walking distance
- New Farm Park, river cats are close by.
