La Colline lies on the slopes of the now extinct volcano of Mt Canobolas. The basalt soils and cool climate provide for excellent wine making. Take a leisurely stroll among the vines, harvest sun ripe fruits from the orchard and breathe in the fresh, clear and clean air of the mountain.
