Parkview Motor Inn is set in approx 3 acres of parkland and all units are on ground level. With our clean units, the fabulous grounds and a salt water pool its the perfect stop over.

Parkes Picnic races are held annually each Saturday June long weekend. The Weekend has almost become a Back to Parkes weekend, with many residents opening their homes to friends and relations who come to celebrate their connection with Parkes for the weekend. The weekend attracts visitors from all over the state, as well as from interstate.

People are welcome to organise their own arrangements, or to purchase tickets in one of the many hospitality tents organised and catered for by local pubs and clubs.

Fashions in the Field is no doubt one of the highlights of the day and everyone goes all out to try and win that eluded prize which will be awarded by the special guest.
