Straddling Rices Creek in the historic township of Auburn, Cathy and Stephen Simpson turned their treeless 10 hectare sheep paddock into a lush green plant haven full of olive trees, a small vineyard and thousands of native trees and plants. At Simpson Rices Creek visitors can experience a unique blend of the human senses; smell, touch, taste, hear and see the wide range of products on display.
Look over the eight varieties of commercial olive tree. Taste five unique flavoured pickled olives. Taste the fresh, spicy, extra virgin olive oils. Taste the rich beautifully blended olive tapenade. Smell and touch the unique range of olive soaps.
See the wide range of native grasses and ground covers. There is a great selection of grevillea, banksia, correa, eremophilla, wattle, callistemon and westringia.
A huge range of tall, medium and small trees to suit any garden, location and or enterprise. All plants are hardy, drought tolerant and ready to plant.
