Visit d’Arenberg’s tasting room and cellar door, where you can try the whole range of d’Arenberg’s wines, and talk wine talk to your heart's content with knowledgeable and helpful cellar door staff.
The cellar door is housed in d’Arenberg’s restored 19th century homestead, which also includes d’Arry’s Verandah Restaurant overlooking McLaren Vale, the Willunga Hills and the Gulf St Vincent in the distance.
d’Arry’s Verandah Restaurant incorporates a large outdoor brick paved patio, which is next to the original ironstone dairy, sheltered by two striking white sails in front of a large natural amphitheatre, tailor made for outdoor concerts and festivals in d’Arenberg’s vineyards. The restaurant uses the extraordinary food and wine resources and culture of McLaren Vale.
Our Cellar Door Manager is Janice Matthews, who has been in charge here for over 10 years, has a huge a range of experience in the hospitality game, and yet still manages to keep her cool! She and her team will be more than happy to show you through the wines, advise on the best places to stay, eat and enjoy your time in McLaren Vale.
