Affectionately known as the GCI Hotel, the hotel offers 296 well appointed rooms with either ocean or mountain and river views from their private balconies.*

The GCI is ideally situated within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and nightlife and is close to world-class golf courses, theme parks and native and wildlife reserves. The GCI can cater for every guest, whether it’s a romantic getaway or a corporate conference for up to 750 people. All complemented by our strong commitment to customer service. All guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The hotel is not in a position to guarantee bedding configuration, however we will endeavour to meet all guest requests.

Should your reserved room become available prior to 2:00 pm, we would be delighted to allow you early access to your room. Whilst every attempt is made to offer an early check in, this cannot be guaranteed.

On check-in, photo identification and a method of payment will be required to cover any incidental charges. This may be in the form of a cash bond or a credit card pre-authorisation.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations.

Extra Guest / Children

Our spacious accommodation rooms can sleep a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children. Children 16 years and under stay free of charge if using existing bedding. If a rollway bed is required an additional $40.00 per night is applicable. An additional charge of $40.00 per night applies for a 3rd adult staying in the room even when using existing bedding. There is however a maximum of 1 rollaway per room.

The GCI is situated at 7 Staghorn Avenue only a couple of hundred metres North of Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise. The Gold Coast Airport is located 30km (approx 25 minutes drive) South of the GCI and the Brisbane International & Domestic Airport is 90km (approx 1hour drive) to the North.
