A 3 bedroom apartment has 6 people included in the price however there are 7 people maximum allowed with a charge of $35 p/night including fold out bed (Low Season), $39 p/night extra person including a fold out bed (Mid Season), $41 p/night extra person including a fold out bed (High Season). Charges decrease if bedding is not required…..
Bedding by itself starts at $15 p/night….$75 p/wk in Low, $90 p/wk in Mid, $100 p/wk in High Season.

Instructions for after hours key collection
IMPORTANT - Arriving outside of office hours, guests MUST contact reception before the arrival date to confirm where the keys, map & instructions will be, also to ensure security has been provided or no after hour check in authorised. Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm, Sat 9am to 12pm & Sun 10am to 12pm (phone 55 763 833) Once booking confirmed by check in please ensure guest contacts PG to confirm their own booking before arrival date.
Car Parking
1 secure carpark per apartment either garage or underground parking...all other vehicles are street parking...No Exceptions! A tow company is hired through body corporate not management, please ensure you park in designated spot with garage down and lock at all times. No parking in visitors space.
How to get to Paradise Grove Holiday Apartments
From North, take Exit 85 'Reedy Crk Rd' (connects to West Burleigh Rd) off Motorway, follow the road all the way into Burleigh Heads and stay in left lane. After crossing through James Street on right and Burleigh Street on left (set of traffic lights) pull into Paradise Grove Driveway immediately after the "Burleigh Terraces" building. If you miss this driveway, stay in left lane and turn into the Burleigh Heads Primary School dirveway and park in the school driveway and walk back.
From South, after passing Coolangatta Airport, stay on the Gold Coast H'wy (left) do NOT vear right onto the Motorway. 10 - 15 minutes you will be in Burleigh Heads. On the way to Burleigh you will pass a 'Caltex' Service Station on the corner of "Goodwin Terrace" at traffic lights go through them heading North at the second set of traffic lights after 'Goodwin Terrace' turn left. You are now turning onto West Burleigh Rd, immediately turn right into the service road that runs North along the Gold Coast H'wy, pull into Burleigh Heads State School and walk back to reception.
*If you miss turning into the service road stay in the right lane and at the traffic lights (right-Burleigh St, left-James St) turn right go down Burleigh St go around the round-a-bout and head back to the lights vearing left, now 5 - 7 mtrs on the left after the lights Paradise Grove's driveway is there, if you miss it go straight ahead into Burleigh Heads State Schools Carpark and walk to reception.

Burleigh Heads has alot to offer friends, party goers or just to enjoy a nice relaxing family holiday. Being close to all transport and attractions only 10 - 30 min drive any where on the Gold Coast, Theme parks, Convention Centre, Jupiter’s Casino, Bowls Club, Boat Ramps, 3 Major Shopping Centers & Wholesale Stores, Train Stations, Airport, Wildlife & the night life Surfers Paradise. Public transport is readily available at Paradise Grove will bus stops approx 10 mtrs from reception, beach app: 120 mtrs, Surfers Paradise takes app: 20min on bus. Markets are rotated each weekend so you are able to enjoy a market where ever you are staying on the coast.
