Most apartments have ocean views. One bedroom apartments have a queen bed, one bedroom plus studio apartments have a queen bed and two single beds and penthouse apartments vary but some have a queen bed, double bed and a single bed while others have a queen and two single beds. All apartments are fully self contained. The modern full size kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, bench oven, hotplates and grill. The laundry contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Colour remote control television with free Foxtel is available in all apartments. All linen, bath towells, soap and starter tea/coffee/milk are supplied. Centrally located 1 block back from the patrolled beach between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach and a short stroll along the beach promenade to the shopping centres and cafes. How to get to San Mateo
San Mateo on Broadbeach is on the corner of Old Burleigh Road and Second Avenue, Broadbeach. If travelling south turn left at Second Avenue opposite the Broadbeach Fire Brigade Station. Travelling north along the Gold Coast Highway turn right at the Broadbeach Fire Brigade Station into Second Avenue then left into Old Burleigh Road, we are situated on the corner.Check In time : 2pm Check Out time : 10am
