How to get to South Tweed Motor Inn
We are centrally located on the old Pacific Highway (Munjingbal Drive) approx.1 klm from Tweed and Coolangatta CBDs. Coming from the north take Tweed Heads (Kennedy Drive) exit from Gold Coast highway and turn left into Kennedy Drive. Look for the Tweed Heads South signs to cross under Boyd's Bay bridge & then proceed south over the bridge. As you go through the first set of lights you will see us on your right. You will need to continue to the next intersection and execute a u-turn to bring you back to the motel.Coming from the south, follow Tweed Heads South signs and continue on past Tweed City shopping centre and South Tweed Bowls club. You will find us approximately 500 metres around the bend on your left.

It is only a short drive to the Tweed and South Tweed Bowls clubs and other major clubs and entertainment venues such as Twin Towns and Seagulls as well as many great eating establishments in the Tweed and Coolangatta areas. A 5 minute drive will take you to the lovely stretch of beaches from Rainbow Bay through to Currumbin and beyond. Walk to river cruises on the river opposite or enjoy the day fishing or boating.The bus stop is at our door operating regularly between Murwillumbah/Kingscliff through to Surfers Paradise, Southport and all major theme parks.
