Splendido Resort Apartments are all 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully self contained and air conditioned, spacious luxury apartments. Located in Mermaid Beach, just 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to Nobby’s Beach Shopping Precinct which offers a range of shops for your everyday needs as well as a range of restaurants. We have a large pool area with heated spa and great family BBQ facilities.

Maximum 6 people per unit.Children 18 years of age & under must be accompanied by an adult.

One night stays must ring property to advise credit car details.


How to get to Splendido Resort
Splendido Resort Apartments are located on the south side, corner of Seashell Ave and the Gold Coast Highway, just before Nobby's Beach. Bus stop 54A is right outside our front gates.

Out and About
Shopping:- Pacific Fair, Oasis Shopping Centre, Robina Town Centre, Harbourtown, Carrara Markets, Beachside Craft Markets.
Entertainment:- Draculas Theatre Restaurant, Conrad Jupiters Casino, Convention Centre, Broadbeach Mall restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars etc.

Business Facilities at Splendido Resort:
Each apartment has PABX phones with STD and IDD facilities. Laptop computer ports in all apartments and fax services available at reception.
 
Car Parking:
Secure underground parking off Seashell Ave entrance.
