There are no roads to cross so you can walk out of your unit and put your bare feet in the sand of the clear warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. The Penthouses Apartments has been the best-kept secret for holidays on the Gold Coast. Our apartments are two and three bedrooms (most are three). Every unit has views of the beach and some also have river and hinterland views. Each unit is very spacious and is no less than 17 m2 and some 22m2, which is bigger than the average home.
New glass balustrade has recently been fitted to all balconies. This enables you to sit in your lounge and enjoy the views without having to get up from your chair.
The Penthouses Apartments are located right on the beach between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach each only 10-15 minutes walk. Lifesavers patrol the beaches within a 100 metres of your unit. Relax and enjoy some of that Queensland sunshine while you stroll along beautiful beaches.
From the moment you arrive at the Penthouses, you’ll be welcomed into our absolute beachfront world, where relaxation and holiday fun are our priority. We have our own general store for your convenience and security underground parking. A heated pool and spa is provided for your enjoyment. We have a games room and separate male and female saunas. Each unit is fully self-contained complete with dishwasher, microwave and own laundry. All you need to bring is your clothes and beach towel. |
