Warringa Surf is a eight story, medium rise building, with middle and higher rise units enjoying extensive ocean and hinterland views.Lower units enjoy garden and pool views.
We are conveniently located approximately:
100 meters to a patrolled surf beach area,

1.2km north of Broadbeach Oasis Centre, Pacific Fair and Jupiter’s Casino
1.4km south of Central Surfers Paradise.
All units are fully self-contained with television and direct dial telephones. Kitchens are fully equipped including a microwave and dishwasher. The laundry is separate from the living area and contains washing machine, drier and ironing facilities. All linen is included in the tariff.

1-bedroom units contain a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining area and balcony. A sofa bed is also available.
2-bedroom units consist of a master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite, a second bedroom with two single beds, second bathroom, kitchen and spacious living/dining area surrounded on three sides by a balcony.
Other facilities in the complex include a good-sized swimming pool, BBQ area, sauna and security car parking in the basement.
We do not accept American Express or Diners Cards.
All guest are to pay be Credit Card. If you do not have a Credit Card, a cash Security deposit is required upon booking in.
