The property is located in the older suburb of New Town, which is an elegant leafy residential suburb providing a peaceful haven only minutes from the city centre.

Graham Court Apartments is approximately 2.5km north of Hobart and is located at 15 Pirie Street New Town. Coming from Hobart turn left into Risdon Road off the Brooker Highway. Travel along Risdon Rd until you have just past Kmart. Turn left before the traffic lights in to Pirie Street.
