Each cottage is styled with French provincial furnishings and has a selection of Estate produce, including olives, fetta Antipasto, award winning Riversdale Pinot Chardonnay to enjoy. The cottages have inviting spaces, lounges that ooze comfort, mohair rugs to snuggle up in, CD selection to choose from, boutique library current magazines to flick thru, whilst enjoying the panoramic water views. Riversdale Estate is only 15 mins from Hobart CBD, or 10 mins to the historic Georgian village of Richmond. You will wake up to a musical treat from the scores of native birds, then relax with breakfast on your verandah overlooking picture postcard countryside. We welcome families - each cottage has a range of childrens books, board games, puzzles, coloring pencils, along with a picnic basket, rug thermos to pack and walk down to the Riversdale beach. The property offers a self-guided walk to the beach, with interesting facts and an "I Spy" sheet for the children to spot different things on the property.
