Apartments on Star have lovely waterviews of the Derwent River & are located within easy walking distance of Sandy Bay shops, the casino, Battery Point, Salamanca Place & the city centre.
Our Apartments are modern, spacious, one & two bed room units, fully equipped to suite all your requirements for short or long term stays. Each Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, full size fridge & stove, lounge/dinning room with TV, DVD & Stereo& laundry. Our 2 bedroom units have 2 ensuite bathrooms, some with spa baths.
Apartments are serviced every 3 days.
The apartments are strickly non smoking.
A Star Apartments check in form must be completed with your details, including your credit card number for full payment on arrival.
A charge of $30.00 per night will be required for each extra guest not on orriginal booking, this includes children.
Portacot hire - $15.00 per night, please pre-book when making a reservation.
How to get to Apartments on Star
From the airport there is a shuttle bus that will bring you to Woolmers Inn, Sandy Bay Rd. Please phone us for directions from here to your apartment. Cost $12.00pp, the bus is parked outside the Qantas terminal, for each flight.By car-from the airport, turn left onto the main Highway to Hobart, follow signs to Hobart, over the Tasman Bridge,until you reach Davey Street,follow Davey Street to Sandy Bay Road on your left(St Davids Park is on the corner of Davey St & Sandy Bay Rd.)Follow Sandy Bay Rd through 2 sets of traffic lights, until you come to your third set of lights,turn right at Byron St,take your next left at Fitzroy Place,the second Street on your left is Star Street.Drive to the very end ( to the guard rail.) Apartments on Star & your parking area is on your left, No 22 is a painted brick building.Please advise of your arrival time.
