Tour runs at 11am and 2pm everyday except Christmas Day and Good Friday. Bookings are essential.
The tour is a personal, informal tutorial incorporating the inspection of the vineyard. The winery tour takes the mystery out of this ancient process. Follwed by a structured tasting of limited production wines that are exclusive to our Estate.
Also on site is the Bluetongue Brewery at Hunter Resort, Hunter Valley Cooking School, Hunter Valley Wine School, a great restaurant, horseriding, and wonderful 4 star rooms (Some with spa...).
