Relax and enjoy the Mary River wetlands aboard the 24 seater ‘Azure I’ and ‘Azure II’ for 2 hour cruises along the unspoilt, captivating waterways. You will experience the billabongs and paperbark forests which support breeding populations of brolga, Jabiru, egret, sea eagles, magpie geese and many more bird species. The Mary River Wetlands Cruise is an opportunity for all bird lovers.
Spot huge saltwater crocodiles as well as freshwater crocodiles, wild buffalo and wallabies at the waters edge and plenty more wildlife as you cruise the wetlands. Point Stuart is home to one of the largest concentrations of saltwater crocodiles. Hunting safaris are also available targeting the cunning wild boar as well as many four wheel drive tracks and walks in the area offering amazing photographic opportunities.
