The townhouse is sandwiched between the renowned shopping/café strip of Bridge Road and the colourful Victoria Street (“Little Vietnam”), famed for its inexpensive and delicious Vietnamese cuisine. A few blocks towards the city is Fitzroy Gardens, delightfully peaceful during the day and alive at night with nocturnal neighbours including possums and flying foxes.
Stretching over three levels, the townhouse includes 2 bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs overlooking a courtyard garden.
