The Monte Carlo on the Murray - Riverboats, Jazz, Food and Wine Festival is BIG as BIG as the mighty Murray River, as BIG as a country sky, as BIG as our land which produces the best food and wine you have ever tasted. More jazz musicians, more participating restaurants, clubs and wineries than ever before.
And the big, big names continue for the festival s keynote Saturday night concert. We ve welcomed talent over the years such as James Morrison, Don Burrows, Bob Barnard, Venetta Fields, Renee Geyer and Kate Ceberano. Come visit us for two days and three nights of pure indulgence. On offer will be the most delectable dishes our award-winning restaurants and chefs can provide, matched to an array of fresh, crisp whites, robust reds and rich fortifieds unique to northern Victoria.
All this against the backdrop of our historic river Port towns, where hot traditional jazz and cool contemporary jazz and every style in between will be pouring out of the street corners, bars and restaurants. It s jazz with everything live on the hugely popular Riverboat Ramble, at the winemakers lunch, up and down the historic High Street, at our famous all-day gourmet picnic in the park and more.
