Built in 1880, Balquhain House is a beautifully restored Heritage property set
on 2 acres of mature English gardens against a backdrop of towering conifers.
Until a few years ago the mountain retreat of the Fairfax publishing family,
Balquhain now offers guests the charming and tranquil surroundings of a fine country home.
Balquhain offers three guest bedrooms each with private bathroom. Two bedrooms
with shared facilities are available on request. Peace and quiet are assured
as none of the guest rooms share common walls with others.
