Beaufort House is a combination of a boutique hotel, ‘Old Vienna’ style café, restaurant, and motel offering good old fashioned service with a European flair for you to enjoy this breathtaking region.
Beaufort House features group accommodation for up to 26 people for Weddings, Private or Corporate Functions. This is the perfect place for Bike and Car groups on their weekend travels. The guest house has 9 individually decorated rooms and also 4 motel units. All guest house rooms have access to the elegant guest balcony, private leafy courtyard, formal lounge room and tea & coffee room. Enjoy a quiet glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the main street of historic Adelong or relax in the private courtyard and garden to take a breath of nature. Coat of Arms Kaffeehaus Restaurant will take you to a quiet European style café during the day with the house speciality, ‘ Melange’, the true Vienna Coffee, together with one of our hand crafted gourmet cake range. In the evening, dine in our romantic candlelit restaurant by the log fire at a table for two. It’s menu features European Provincial Cuisine specialising in Viennese dishes. Our café/restaurant comfortably accommodates up to 45 people.

The National Trust has classified a large portion of Adelong's main road as well as a number of notable buildings located on its other tree lined streets, which is just a small reminder of Adelong's gold rush days. Take a walk to the Adelong Falls to view the old gold rush days ruins, visit the Adelong Museum to know the history, browse through the local Taxidermist, one of the only in the Southern Hemisphere to name just one of its hidden treasures.
