Brundah Bed and Breakfast,
Ballina
37 Norton Street
Ballina
Brundah is a superb National Trust-listed home. Built in 1908 by Roy and Charlotte Lang, it is situated in the heart of Ballina Island and is only 400 metres from the beautiful Richmond River.
The hedged, parklike garden setting of its grounds offers a delightful seclusion from the outside world. Brundah is, without doubt, a place that time forgot – an oasis where guests can forget time!
Visitors are welcome to make themselves at home and have full use of the library, lounge room and extensive verandahs trimmed with elaborate lattice and fretwork brackets. The house is decorated tastefully. Its spaciousness exudes the warmth and comfort of a bygone era.
Come home to Brundah and relax to the delightful sounds of peace – fountains trickling and native birds flitting amongst the lush Norfolk Island pines and gently swaying palms.
Sit back and be pampered in the place time forgot… Ros and Mal are waiting to share their piece of Australiana with you!
