Chateau Elan at The Vintage, Australias finest golf and spa resort, is scheduled to open in February 2010 and reservations are now open. Located in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country, at Chateau Elan you will find the perfect wedding or conference venue, superb dining and luxury accommodation for up to 200 guests.
The new Destination Spa at Chateau Elan has 18 treatment rooms and is one of the few places in the world to offer French Terrake signature treatments and exclusive Thalgo products.
Overlooking the fairways of The Vintage golf course, and home to the NSW Open, it is the only Greg Norman-designed course that is accessible to the public in NSW.
Twenty super-luxury Spa Suites are located within the Spa complex. They offer refined living space, Ergomotion beds and a sensual plinth-mounted bath open to the room.
A series of private villas has 40 spacious Spa King Rooms and 40 One-Bedroom Spa Villas. These can be co-joined to offer Two-Bedroom Spa Villas for groups of friends or family. All come with spa baths plus balcony/terraces enjoying views over fairways and the vales of The Hunter.

From Sydney and the SouthTake F3 (Sydney Newcastle Freeway) take Cessnock exit
At Cessnock turn right into Vincent St Continue to the T-intersection of Maitland Road & Vincent St, turn left, then right immediately into Allandale Road
Proceed along Allandale Road (changes name to Wine Country Drive)
Continue along Wine Country Drive - past Broke Road-
Turn left into Palmers Lane (look out for Peacock Hill winery as a landmark) turn right into McDonalds Road, continue for 2km
Turn right into Vintage Drive, follow the signs to reception
