There is also a daybed which doubles as another single bed for the studio, bringing the total capacity of the house to 11. The Studio is only available for bookings of more than 8 people.

The house is located on Kingsley St, just a short stroll to the cafes and shops on Byron’s main street. A 10 min leisurely stroll is all it takes before you arrive at Byron’s Main Beach for your day’s activities. When the heat and bustle of the beach and town become to much then your retreat at Kingsley St is a welcome haven upon your return. Lay back on one of the comfortable lounges and relax to some tunes on the high quality Yamaha sound system or even put a DVD on and experience Cinema sound on your 40” Samsung LCD TV. Alternatively kick back on the outside setting on the deck under the shade of the tree canopy overhead.

There are 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite in the master bedroom) in the main house and a 3rd in the Studio. The main bathroom in the house has a luxurious bath to sink back into after your day’s activities.

All the finishing’s are beautifully crafted and a fantastic selection of national artwork adorns the walls. High quality Egyptian cotton linen is provided with this property. The house temperature is maintained with reverse cycle air conditioning.
