    How to get to Riverwood Downs Mountain Valley Resort
    From Sydney take the F3 Freeway north past Newcastle to its end. At the roundabout turn right for the Pacific Hway and TAREE. Follow the TAREE signs over the Hexham Bridge and onto the Pacific highway. 20 kms past Raymond Terrace turn left onto the Bucketts way [to STROUD and GLOUCESTER].
    Follow this road to Stroud and continue 20 kms past Stroud. At this point you will see a turn left to RIVERWOOD DOWNS. Turn here and follow the signs 8 kms to the Property.

    Out and About
    Riverwood Downs is in the foothills of the Barrington Tops "World Heritage Wilderness" and a great base for day trips to the National Park and State Forest where there are an abundance of walking trails, lookouts and beautiful waterfalls.
    The country towns of Gloucester and Dungog are nearby as is Stroud an 1820's historic town well worth a visit.

    Conferences Located 2½ hours from Sydney in the foothills of Barrington Tops, Riverwood Downs Mountain Valley Resort has everything you need for a great Conference or Executive Retreat with 20 Deluxe Rooms and 17 Cabins and a River Cottage. The Resort is set on the banks of a beautiful Platypus Stream, surrounded by 15 acres of Parkland and Gardens, and nestled in a 750 acre Cattle breeding and Horse property. The 750 acres and 5 kms of River Frontage provide a wonderful backdrop for outdoor and team building exercises. Conference facilities include two modern conference rooms, fully air conditioned and heated. Wireless Broadband, Electronic Whiteboard, Flipcharts, Overhead Projector, Slide Projector, TV, Video and DVD.
