Rooftops is a boutique B&B which overlooks the village of Ulmarra and the majestic Clarence River. Follow the pathway down the side of the building into our courtyard and "You’ll be Amazed" We offer modern comfortable airconditioned accommodation with and all of the amenities you would expect in a five star motel. Set in the sleepy little Hertitage Village of Ulmarra just off the Pacific Highway midway between Coffs Harbour and Ballina.

How to get to Rooftops Bed and Breakfast
Main street access, you can drive to our door, bus to our door and train/transfer bus to our door from the Grafton train station. 60 metres off the Pacific Highway far enough away and close enough to everything you need to make your stay at Rooftops perfect.

Out and About
Antique shops, galleries, and cafes are all within walking distance of Rooftops B&B. The Clarence River is a great fishing spot, we have an accessable boat ramp at the end of our drive. Our small village also has a swimming pool, 3 parks, and a jetty.

Business Facilities at Rooftops Bed and Breakfast:
Soon we will have a 'Board Room' for small group meeting and training for up to 12-13 people which is under construction now.. watch this space.
