One hour drive north from Hornsby. Ten minutes south of Swansea.

Out and About
Bush walks. Huge lake to explore. Swimming, boating, fishing in the lake. Catherine Hill Bay surfing beach is 5 minutes in the car. Belmont golf course is 15 minutes. Shopping & restaurants are 10 minutes away by car. Nords Wharf is unique with one local general store that sells just about everything.

Double lock up garage plus off street parking. Secure property with electronic gate. Yard is fully fenced.
