The Duke’s Apartments provide quality apartments and holiday houses, in the city area and on the Sunset Coast. Our apartments and holiday houses are totally self contained (including linen and towels) with a swimming pool, and some with a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and bar-b-ques. All beds have a doonna with fresh cotton covers which are washed after every guest stay.
Czarina Suite does not have air-conditioning.
Nelson Lodge, Trafalgar Retreat and Bermuda Suite do not have air-con but have ceiling fans.
Full payment is required on booking. We do not maintain a reception and so cannot take payment on arrival.

The apartment sleeps up to 2 adults and a child with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and living area. Located in Ocean Reef, 30 minutes north of Perth. From the bedroom and patio, you can look out to sea. A 10 minute walk to the Ocean Reef Boat ramp and Mullaloo beach and Joondalup city centre is just 5 minutes away. Beachfront cycle paths and walkways meander for 22 kilometres alongside the beach and past the boat ramps towards Hillary’s, Scarborough and Fremantle. It is just 2 minute walk to a small shopping centre with Petrol stations, hairdressing salons, bakeries, Chinese restaurants, newsagents, medical centres and pharmacies. A bus stops just around the corner. Kitchenette including microwave, toaster, kettel and bar fridge.

Just a short walk to the Central Business District and on the free city bus route. Totally self contained (including linen and towels) with a heated swimming pool and gym in complex. Secure, under-cover, car-parking is available at no charge. Full kitchen including microwave, cooktop, oven and fridge/freezer. The 15 metre outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by timber decking outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing dip or some serious laps! Heated to a lovely 23 degrees in Winter and refreshingly cool in summer the pool can be enjoyed year-round. The swimming pool area contains an additional shower and toilet.

The beach is a short walk away, so is the Ocean Reef Boat Harbour. Swimming pool in private garden. The garden is terraced,dropping down to fully fenced pool area. There is a small shopping centre, with restaurants, pharmacy, and supermarket. The city centre is a 25 minute drive, and there is a train station a 5 minute drive away. The house is totally self contained (including linen and towels). The accommodation also offers an under-cover, secure car park at no extra charge. The holiday house has two queen size beds in two master bedrooms, 2 single beds in the third bedroom, and a double bed with a single bunk above in the fourth bedroom, providing generous accommodation for 9 adults and a cot.     All apartments are located close to the city centre.
    Holiday Houses are located in Ocean Reef close to Hillarys Boat Harbour and Joondalup golf course.
    Car Parking:
    All properties (Except the Czarina and Bermuda)have secure, undercover parking for 1 car, check before booking. Czarina Suite has secure parking for 1 car. Bermuda Suite has free parking for a car.

    Instructions for after hours key collection
    Once booking has been confirmed through www.check-in.com.au, you must contact us directly via email. We will then email full instructions on how to pick up the keys. Full payment is required when you book as we do not maintain a reception.
