Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations.


Extra Guest / Children
The basic charge is $95 per night. In addition, each adult is charged $30 per night and each child $15 per night. Maximum 6 people can stay. There is an extra charge of $50 per week or part thereof for the use of heated outdoor spa.

How to get to Perth Holiday Villas
Located opposite the ocean reef boat ramp.

Perth holiday villa is only 35km (30 minutes) drive North of Perth, Western Australia. It is approximately 5 minutes drive to Hillary’s Boat Harbour and 30 minutes North of Perth city.



Out and About
Perfect for water activities such as surfing, swimming, snorkelling, fishing, diving, boat excursions and whale watching (in season). A short drive away you’ll find a variety of beachside restaurants and cafés, weekend markets, shopping centre, bars and nightclubs. Within 5 minutes drive, you can play a round of golf, or go to Hillary's Boat Harbour and take a ferry trip to Rottnest Island, with its sparkling white sand beaches and famous quokkas. Also at Hillary's Boat Harbour is AQWA, the Aquarium of Western Australia. The historic port city of Fremantle or the Perth City, Kings Park and the Burswood Casino are a short 20 minute drive away.
