Quinns Beach Apartments is close to rail and bus transport. Mindarie Marina is minutes away with hotel, restaurants, diving school and fishing charters. Nearby are Joondalup Golf Course, large shopping centres, restaurants and National Parks, where you can enjoy sunset horse or camel rides through the bushland to the beach. The Sunset Coast Tourist Drive also takes you to other local beaches and Marinas including Hillarys, Scarborough, Cottesloe and Fremantle.
Our luxury, upper floor, four bedroom apartment is fully self-contained and has wooden black-butt flooring throughout. The large master bedroom has a private balcony and sea views, with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. There are three other double bedrooms, sharing another bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The living areas comprise of a large modern kitchen, a lounge, dining area and separate formal lounge/sunroom, all with stunning ocean vistas. A large outdoor entertainment area comes complete with barbeque, outdoor setting and sun lounges from which you can soak up the sun and enjoy the sea views. The apartment has air-conditioning, a television, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, hotplates, oven and even a safe for your valuables. There is also a fully equipped laundry, two toilets and a secure double lock-up garage.
The ground floor apartment, a stylish, newly renovated, self-contained two-bedroom apartment has ocean views from every room. The large master bedroom has a four-poster bed, with fitted wardrobes and en-suite spa bath with sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds. The lounge, dining area and kitchen also boast ocean views and lead out onto a large patio and garden area with barbeque and outdoor setting.
