The two story villas are tastefully decorated offering Rockingham a new and unique style of accommodation. For a quiet and private retreat they are fully furnished, fitted and equipped to a very high standard and are designed for easy living and easy entertaining.
The villas key features include a large open family room with sensational ocean views, television, stereo and video. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, gas hot plate and oven, microwave, cooking utensils, dinner service, silverware and glassware for eight.
The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in robe, and open bathroom with spa. The two additional bedrooms, one with queen-sized bed and ensuite, the other with a single bed and a bunk.
For your convenience the villas have ducted air-conditioning and there is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and drier, a double garage with remote security doors and fully landscaped gardens and private paved back courtyard with outdoor setting and barbecue.
For activities and entertainment the villas are only a short beachside walk to award winning restaurants, cafes and shops. The Cruising Yacht Club and the departure jetty for the ’Swim with the Dolphins’ tours and Malibu Scuba Diving excursions are only a short walk away. The sandy beach in front of the villas is sheltered by Garden Island and is very safe for swimming and fishing. Two boat ramps are located just a few minutes walk south of the Villas.
