Daydream Island Resort and Spa is a four and a half star resort located in the spectacular Whitsundays, in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. Daydream offers a $3m Rejuvenation Spa (with 16 treatment rooms), three lagoon style swimming pools, a 44ft outdoor movie cinema, tennis courts, a range of water sports and a dive shop. There are three restaurants and three bars plus a bakery on the island. Daydream also has an amazing fringing coral reef, plus located within the resort is the largest outdoor living coral reef lagoon in the southern hemisphere... there’s something for everyone on Daydream Island!

How to get to Daydream Island Resort and Spa
Guests can fly into the Great Barrier Reef Airport (HTI) on Hamilton or the Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP) in Proserpine. Guests then catch a ferry transfer with Cruise Whitsundays or Fantasea Cruises to Daydream Island Resort and Spa. At time of booking, guests need to advise Daydream’s reservation department of their flight details and we can arrange transfers to the island for them.

Car parking on the mainland is through Shute Harbour Secured Parking & Storage, and must be pre-booked by calling the car park direct. Shute Harbour also has a boomgate-operated open car park.
