How to get to Gundy Star Tourist Park

NSW DIRECTIONS:

If you are travelling from NSW on the Newell Highway: Just after the town of Boggabilla you will find signs pointing left for the Gunsynd Way to get to Goondiwindi. Ignore this sign and keep on the Newell Highway.You will cross the border into Queensland over the Macintyre River and then come to a large roundabout welcoming you to Queensland. Continue north on the Cunningham Highway, you will pass a McDonald’s and BP service station on your left hand side. Continue north until you cross a set of train lines, then take the first left onto Boundary Road followed by the first left onto Old Cunningham Highway. You will find us twenty metres down the road on your left hand side.

QLD DIRECTIONS:

Travelling via Leichardt Highway: As you approach Goondiwindi you will find several advertising signs. Keep on the Leichardt Highway until you see the John Deere sign and service centre on your left hand side on the corner of Boundary Road and Leichardt Highway. Turn left down Boundary Road. Travelling along the Highway you will find a Caltex service station on your left hand side. After you pass the service station, turn at the first road on your right, onto Old Cunningham Highway. We are twenty metres down the road on your left hand side.

Travelling via Warwick/Cunningham Highway: As you approach Goondwindi you will find several advertising signs. Continue along the Highway until you find the Goondiwindi Aero Club on your right hand side. After you pass the club, take the next right onto Boundary Rd then proceed to take the next left onto Old Cunningham Highway. We are twenty metres down the road on your left hand side.

Car Parking:

Undercover car parking available with ensuite cottages only. Ensuite cabins have carparks available beside each cabin. All other carparking available in designated carpark within the park.

Closing :8.00 pm

Instructions for after hours key collection

Check in time on day of arrival at 1.00pm and check out on day of departure 10.00am. Reception hours are from 8.00am to 8.00pm. If you wish to arrive later then 8.00pm please contact us for prior notification, thankyou.
