The park is idealy located in a quiet street, the hart of the Torquay lakes an easy 300 m stroll from the beach. It’s away from the bustle, yet easy to find direct off Boat Harbour Dve - the road into Hervey Bay. Public transport picks up from outside the gate, as do the RSL and Boat Club courtesy buses. Tour companies as well, of course. You’ll be able to get everything you need within about a two kilometre radius of the park. A major supermarket is close by as well as all the shops in the Torquay village area, including bakers, butcher, newsagent and pub.

Within easy reach you will also find bowling clubs, a variety of restaurants and take aways, sailing clubs and sporting facilities. Nearby, as well, you’ll find catamaran and jetski hire. Also tennis, squash courts and skating rink. Golf clubs are a short drive away - pardon the pun.
