Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations.

Extra Guest / Children
A surcharge of $30per extra adult per day. Children under 12 years sharing existing bedding FOC (maximum 2). Children under 12 requiring additional bedding charged at $15 per night. Porta cot available for hire at $10 a night.


How to get to Kuranda Resort and Spa
The resort is 35 minutes from Cairns International Airport. Guests are recommended to hire a vehicle for their convenience.

Arrive by Kuranda Scenic Rail or Skyrail(No Baggage allowed on Rail)and reserve a seat on the local shuttle bus.

The bus will meet you, on your arrival at the Cairns airport, by calling John's Kuranda Bus on Ph 0418 772 953. Price $6.00 per passenger, LAST SHUTTLE IS 17.15HRS.

Reception closes at 10pm each night - please contact hotel if check in is later than 10pm for alternate arrangements.
