We have 3 modern well appointed 2 bedroom self contained apartments, each sleeping up to 7 guests with fully equipped kitchens 
with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Plunger coffee and a selection of Teas are provided. 
The living areas are open plan with large dining tables, 2 sofas and remote TV/VCR/DVD and CD stereo. 
You will keep warm with Gas heating in the living room and Oil Column heaters provided in all bedrooms 
and electric blankets on all beds excluding the double sofa bed. Ducted Cooling for warmer months. 
Queen Beds in main bedrooms and a Double and single or Double bed in second bedroom.
All linen is provided including 100% Down Quilts and fresh towels daily. 
The Laundry has washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, detergent is provided. 
The bathrooms have hairdryers, separate shower and bath and the toilet is located adjacent to the bathroom. 
Each Apartment has a private garden, lock up garage and gas 3 burner BBQ.
Pets are welcome by prior negotiation. No Smoking indoors.

Located off Penola road, 2kms North of the city centre and 1km from Jubilee Highway in a quiet residential area.

Out and About
Mount Gambier is a major regional centre with plenty of tourist attractions. An ideal stopover between Adelaide and Melbourne when travelling the Great Ocean Road. 50kms to Coonawarra Wine Region and wine tasting.
