Our Cottage

This cottage served as one of the original telegraph stations in South Australia, following the extension of the telegraph line from Adelaide to Angaston.

Back then, the village of Greenock became a significant stop over for travellers on the way to the Murray River or interstate, and a popular meeting place for locals. Today it is a quiet village surrounded by vineyards and pastures.

How to get to Greenocks Old Telegraph Station
