Two recently upgraded large rooms with ensuites, bar fridges and air conditioning are ideal for executive or honeymoon couples. “The best Shearer’s Quarter’s bathroom I have seen in six years of inspecting” (Bed and Breakfast and Farmstay SA, August 2006). Hosted gourmet dinners, picnic hampers and BBQ packs available by prior arrangement. Scenic flights from private airstrip incorporating champagne breakfast or sunset happy hour by arrangement and weather permitting.

How to get to Hummocks Station
Approx 90 mins from Adelaide CBD.From Adelaide take Highway 1 from Gepps Cross through Pt Wakefield and continue following the Pt Augusta signs. About 15 Kms after Locheil, turn left onto Bute Rd, just after blue B&B signage to Hummocks Station. Take first turn to right, signposted Barunga Homestead Rd and Blue B&B sign. Pass the Barunga Homestead entrance 300 metres along on the left and into Hummocks Station adjacent to vineyard on left.

Out and About
25 minutes drive to Yorke Peninsula beaches (Pt Broughton, Wallaroo, Moonta) and the Clare Valley wineries, cycling trails. In local Snowtown:Local hotel offers 10% discount on meals(seafood and steaks are a specialty, plus excellent wine list), Scoopy's Icecreamery (cafe and take away), newsagent, chemist, butcher, supermarket.
