Our Head Chef, using fresh local produce, has created a mouth watering menu of culinary delights, with an emphasis on Island and Australian delicacies. Featuring locally farmed oysters, King George Whiting, Ligurian Honey and sheeps yoghurt and cheeses complimented by a large selection local wines.
